The men’s health spa and bar, which is also located on Jonathan Moradoff, agent, Davis Coffer Lyons, said: “Earls Court Road has become a true leisure destination in its own right. It is a funky and vibrant location benefiting from a seven-day trade and heavy footfall due to the mix of residents, office workers and tourists in the area. “The deal just done shows it attracts a wide range of businesses across the leisure sector.” Davis Coffer Lyons advised the Sauna Bar; Coco Latte represented itself.
Sauna Bar, the men’s health spa and bar, has taken an assignment of a 25-year lease from West London club Coco Latte on 180-184 Earls Court Road, SW5.
Sauna Bar, founded by Bobby Lorenz, former owner of West End club Cafe de Paris and current partner of Cuckoo Club on Swallow Street, W1, paid a £150,000 premium for the 8,400 sq ft shop.
It will pay the private landlord a passing rent of £125,000 pa.
The men’s health spa and bar, which is also located on Endell Street, WC2, has further plans for expansion next year.
