The St George’s scheme consists of 464 units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-storey townhouses, and features a leisure/business complex and a roof garden. Prices are between £225,950 and £389,950. St George recently sold the riverside restaurant at Lockes Wharf to Thai restaurant operator Regal Mandarin.
