Wolverhampton Grand Theatre has been awarded £5.9m of Lottery cash. The Hanover Bank Trust in Hove, East Sussex is getting £3.7m towards buying and refurbishing the Old Market buildings in the town. The Tricycle Theatre, in north west London gets £2m to develop its site.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
