Jamie’s Italian, the chain of restaurants created by chef Jamie Oliver, is to open a branch at thecentre:mk shopping centre in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Jamie’s Italian will open a 6,500 sq ft restaurant on a 25-year lease in late summer on Silbury Arcade.
Anthony Ross, asset manager at Cushman & Wakefield Investors, said on behalf of thecentre:mk’s joint owners, Hermes and PRUPIM: “With last year’s £20m investment in the Destination Dining restaurant quarter, Jamie’s Italian comes hot on the heels of the arrivals of Carluccio’s, Nando’s, Yo Sushi! and Café Rouge.”
