London Resort Company Holdings is planning a £2bn theme park for Swanscombe Peninsula near Dartford.
London Paramount Entertainment Resort will include an indoor waterpark, cinemas, restaurants, theatres and rides, as well as 5,000 hotel rooms, spread over 872 acres.
The project is being financed by Kuwait’s Al-Humaidi family and is set to open in 2021.
