US engineering company Thetford has taken an 83,000 sq ft shed in Rotherham.
Thetford has signed a 17-lease with St Paul’s Developments and Tritax Assets’ at their 85-acre Brookfields site.
The company is relocating around 180 staff into the purpose-built facility from several smaller units totalling 60,000sq ft at Parkwood Industrial Estate in Sheffield.
