THI has won planning consent for a 16,722 sq m (180,000 sq ft) leisure complex at the Cardigan Fields site just west of Leeds, one of the biggest schemes the developer has ever launched.
The £21m complex will include a nine-screen Warner Village Cinema, a Bass bowling alley and a handful of restaurants let to tenants including McDonalds and Pizza Hut.
British Land is funding the 7.8 ha (19.5 acre) development, due for completion next spring.
