Australian developer Third.i has bought CLS Holdings’ Westminster Tower on the south bank of the Thames for more than £40m.
The tower, at 3 Albert Embankment, SE1, has views overlooking the river and Westminster. It also has planning permission for conversion to a residential building, including the construction of three additional floors.
CLS has owned the tower since 1987.
CLS said it had sold three properties for a total of £49m, including Westminster Tower, a small office in Maidenhead and some land in Sweden.
