Rasmala has made its third UK commercial property acquisition in nine months.
The company has bought Abbvie House in the Vanwall Business Park in Maidenhead, Berkshire, for £24.5m.
The site is fully let to pharmaceuticals development company Abbvie.
Rasmala was advised by Trowers & Hamlins, whose head of international real estate Abdul-Haq Mohammed said: “Three deals in less than nine months is quite an achievement, and we are delighted to have advised and supported our client through this journey.”
The company has also bought the EE Building at Doxford Business Park and the Airbus premises in Newport, also advised by Trowers & Hamlins
