With Olympic medallist and former sprint and hurdling world champion Colin Jackson interviewing winners, and comedian Sara Pascoe hosting, this year’s EG Awards were bigger and better than ever.
As well as a packed room at The Grosvenor House Hotel, W1, social media activity around the event reached fever pitch.
EG broadcast Jackson’s red carpet interviews with the guests as they arrived live on Twitter. The broadcast helped #EGAwards18 lead London’s Twitter trending chart all evening.
