Thompson to leave Derwent London

Celine Thompson

Celine Thompson, Derwent London’s head of leasing, has resigned to start her own company.

Thompson has been at the company for 11 years, spearheading the leasing of the company’s portfolio, which includes the White Collar Factory at Old Street, EC1, to mainly TMT occupiers. She previously worked for JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

When she leaves in April she will be replaced by Emily Prideaux, Derwent’s leasing associate who will join the executive committee in May. Prideaux joined in 2010 having previously worked for CBRE in Canada and trained at Knight Frank.

Chief executive John Burns said: “We are sorry to lose Celine as a colleague and wish her every success in the future.

“We are fortunate to have her natural successor in our team. Emily joined the company in 2010 and has played a key role working closely with Celine, leading a number of recent campaigns.”
