Thompsons Solicitors has agreed to lease two floors of office space at Schroders’ 88 Church Street in Liverpool.
The law firm will relocate from Martins Building on Water Street, Liverpool, to take 5,358 sq ft.
Schroders Real Estate Investment Trust is currently carrying out a £1m upgrade of the building, which comprises around 15,000 sq ft of offices.
The original character of the 1912 Gerald de Courcy Fraser-designed building will be maintained.
Lloyds Bank occupies the ground and first floors of the building.
