Thor Equities has acquired the home of the celebrity-studded Mahiki nightclub in London’s West End.
The US real estate investor has bought 1 Dover Street, W1, for £47.2m from South Korean shipping company Hanjin Shipping in an off-market deal.
As well as the club, which is cited as a favourite haunt of royals and A-list celebrities such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga, the 23,300 mixed-use property, opposite The Ritz Hotel, comprises retail and offices.
