Thor Equities hammers out Oxford Street flagship relocation with Jessops

Thor Equities has secured a lease agreement with photography retailer Jessops at 145 Oxford Street, W1.

Jessops will relocate to the 3,800 sq ft space from its current address at 129-131 Oxford Street. The lease term is seven years.

It will move into the new store before Christmas. The store is located at an 8,000 sq ft, five-level retail and office building, surrounded by high-end and fashion forward retailers, including Calzedonia, Zara, Swarovski, Urban Outfitters, Uniqlo, Aldo and H&M.

The property is also close to the Elizabeth line’s new Tottenham Court Road station, scheduled to open in 2019.

Thor, which specialises in development, leasing and management, owns properties across Europe, including 105-109 Oxford Street, 100 New Oxford Street and Bond Street House in London.
