Threadneedle has brought an eight-strong retail portfolio to the market for £15.1m – around an 8.2% yield.
The Regent Portfolio comprises properties in locations including in York, Barnsley in South Yorkshire, Sutton in Surrey and Wellington, Somerset.
They are let to tenants including 99p Stores, Oxfam, Shoe Zone, Santander and Co-op.
The fund manager’s portfolio has an average, weighted, unexpired lease term in excess of 11 years. It produces £1.3m income pa – around 60% of which is from properties within the M25.
