Threadneedle considers redevelopment of Leeds site

Scudder Threadneedle is considering the possible redevelopment of an entire 30.3ha (75-acre) site in Stourton, Leeds. Most of the site, known as the IMI site, is occupied by 69,675 sq m (750,000 sq ft) of commercial space.

Threadneedle’s Daniel Ward said: “If appropriate prelets come along we’ll look at them.” For now, Threadneedle will lease back the multi-let manufacturing and industrial space to IMI and small business occupiers.

Jones Lang LaSalle advised Threadneedle, while Howell Brook represented IMI.
