Three bidders are understood to be vying for New Look in an auction that could see the retailer being sold for up to £2bn in the coming weeks.
It its thought that Texas Pacific Group and Warburg Pincus are lining up against Landmark, the Middle-Eastern Private Equity Group that already has a 3% holding, and one other bidder thought to be either PAI or Cinven.
