Three more dine out at The Bower

Helical Bar and Crosstree have secured three more tenants for The Bower The-Bower-EC1-THUMB redevelopment at Old Street roundabout.

Enoteca de Luca, The Draft House and Bone Daddies have each taken 15-year leases within the site, covering a total of 7,481 sq ft.

The first phase of the development has already attracted John Brown Media and Farfetch as tenants in the 145,000 sq ft of office space, which is due for completion in the summer of 2015.

The second phase of The Bower commences in summer and will add another 172,000 sq ft to the scheme.

Nikki Gibbard, development executive at Helical Bar, said “The Bower is fast becoming an important lifestyle destination, and we are excited to be such an integral part of the regeneration of the surrounding area.”

Helical Bar and Crosstree were advised by CWM. Enoteca de Luca was advised by Kenningham Retail, The Draft house by Lunson Mitchenhall and Bone Daddies were unadvised.
