Charter Group have secured three more tenants for the 500,000-sq ft Exchange Tower — the centre-piece of the 1m-sq ft Harbour Exchange Development in London Docklands.
The trio are to take a total of 18,000 sq ft, of which metal merchants Leopold Lazarus will occupy 10,000 sq ft, Uniglobe Travel 2,000 sq ft and Thermor Communications 6,000 sq ft. Rents range from just under £20 per sq ft for the largest unit to £22 per sq ft for the smallest.
