Three more tenants land at Harbour Exchange

Landlord Gaw Capital has signed three new tenants at its Docklands campus HX, formerly known as Harbour Exchange, E14.

Emergency will take 7,557 sq ft on the 11th floor on an eight-year term; Unlocking Language has signed for 2,892 sq ft on the ground floor; and an undisclosed international financial institution has signed a five-year lease for 10,232 sq ft on the eighth floor.

The lettings mean more than 80,000 sq ft has been let at the campus in the past year. That figure represents 45% of all office lettings in the area during that time.

Josh Lamb, director in Savills’ City agency team, said: “These latest transactions demonstrate the continuing appeal of the campus to both local occupiers in the mature Docklands submarket, as well as to occupiers from across central London seeking cost-effective, flexible and efficient office space in an environment which will appeal to their staff.”

HX comprises nine office buildings across a nine-acre private site. The deals follow lettings to the University of Sunderland, Ocean Media Group, Wanyoo Esports, ChinaTelecom and JTC Group announced in October last year.

Savills and Avison Young advised Gaw Capital.
