Cathedral Group and Development Securities have announced the arrival of three new occupiers at the Shipping Building at The Old Vinyl Factory, West London.
Sonos, Host Europe Group and CHAMP Cargosystems have let space at the former headquarters of EMI in Hayes. All three companies have taken 10-year leases for space at the £250m, 17-acre scheme.
Sonos has 5,812 sq ft, HEG has taken 8,875 sq ft and CHAMP Cargosystems has taken 10,143 sq ft. There is 19,400 sq ft of space remaining at a quoting rent of £20 per sq ft.
The lettings were secured by joint agents Savills and Altus Edwin Hill.
Sonos was represented by Colliers. CHAMP and Host Europe Group were unrepresented.
Cathedral Group chief executive Richard Upton said: “We have adopted a new approach at The Old Vinyl Factory, offering something different to innovative UK and international companies that want to be here in this great location west of London and whose investment is critical to the growth of London’s creative economy.”
