M&G Real Estate has signed three new retailers at the Mall Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, taking 2,340 sq ft and increasing its occupancy to nearly 100%.
Sportswear manufacturer Castore has taken 573 sq ft, while jeweller Austen & Blake has occupied 967 sq ft. Beauty brand Kiko Milano has leased 800 sq ft, opening its first store in Bristol.
All the retailers have signed for a five-year term.
The shopping centre is home to more than 150 shops and restaurants. The latest lettings follow deals with Victoria’s Secret, Clogau, Greggs and Wagamama.
