Three retail brands have signed up for space at Cribbs Mall in Bristol, taking a combined 9,672 sq ft.
Lingerie, clothing and beauty brand Victoria’s Secret will occupy a 7,166 sq ft store, while jeweller Clogau has signed up for 601 sq ft of space, both on a five-year lease. Bakery chain Greggs has taken a 10-year lease on 1,905 sq ft.
In addition, Wagamama, known for its Japanese and Asian cuisine, has expanded its floorspace at Cribbs Mall from 3,455 sq ft to 4,499 sq ft after agreeing a new 15-year lease.
The shopping centre, which is owned by M&G, is home to more than 150 shops and restaurants. The deals follow recent lettings to Charles Tyrwhitt, Mango, The Works, Suit Direct and Rituals.
Scott Linard, portfolio director at M&G Real Estate, said: “These new lettings demonstrate the strength of large regional retail centres in strategic, accessible locations. With new development taking place across the area, supported by growth in the wider local population base in this part of Bristol, the retailer community is recognising the trading opportunity that Cribbs Mall provides.”
Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are Cribbs Mall’s retained letting agents.
