Tishman Speyer has secured three new leases totalling 52,596 sq ft for The Point in Paddington, W2.
Premium taxi firm Addison Lee has taken 22,987 sq ft on the fourth floor, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe has signed for 11,484 sq ft on the third floor, and transport operator FirstGroup will occupy 18,125 sq ft on the eighth floor.
This leaves 29,585 sq ft available on the ninth and third floors of the building.
Dan Nicholson, managing director of Tishman Speyer UK, said: “These leasing agreements reflect the appeal and quality of the asset, underpinned by its prime Paddington location and unique design.”
Tishman Speyer bought The Point in August 2014 and carried out a full refurbishment of the property. It is one of four major acquisitions and developments in the company’s London portfolio.
Cushman & Wakefield and GVA acted as leasing agents. James Andrew International acted for Addison Lee.
