Thriving Investments appoints director of capital markets

Thriving Investments, formerly known as PfP Capital, has appointed Adam Tutka to the newly created role of director of capital markets.

Tutka will be responsible for expanding Thriving Investment’s social impact product range and growing the current £700m of funds under management, against a backdrop of heightened investor appetite for exposure to place-based investing opportunities that deliver a positive social impact.

He joins Thriving Investments from Greystar where he was senior director overseeing UK and European growth funds in the living sector, having previously held senior roles at Artisan Real Estate Investors and Corona Real Estate Partners.

Cath Webster, chief executive at Thriving Investments, said: “Adam brings a wealth of capital markets experience and a proven track record in growing and managing funds with particular expertise in the living sector, both of which will be key as we accelerate our ambitious growth plans across a range of existing and new products. I look forward to working closely with him on our journey to create thriving communities in the critically undersupplied UK residential sector.”

Tutka added: “At Thriving Investments, private and public sector investors have a unique opportunity to access sustainable regeneration and placemaking at scale, delivering meaningful social impact to the communities that need it most and benefiting from attractive risk-adjusted returns without compromising on purpose.

“This is a rare opportunity to work with a highly experienced team which has created and is looking to further grow one of the sector’s few truly vertically integrated social impact platforms.”
