David Fear’s hedge fund Thunderbird Partners has taken an 8,686 sq ft at Aberdeen Asset Management’s 110 Park Street, W1.
Fear, who ran a London hedge fund for the billionaire Ziff brothers, struck out in 2014 to set up the firm.
Thunderbird will let the space on the ground and first floor of 110 Park Street, which was put up for sale last week for £44.5m. It will pay around £97 per sq ft.
JLL advised Thunderbird; Colliers International and Strutt and Parker acted for Aberdeen.
