Tie Rack has agreed terms for new offices at UBS’s Vantage West business park in Brentford, Middlesex.
A 10-year deal has been agreed for 12,000 sq ft, with a five-year break option. Average rents in the area reach up to £20 per sq ft.
The retailer is understood to be downsizing from its existing headquarters at Capital Interchange Way, also in Brentford.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant; UBS was advised by Altus Group and DTZ.
