The owner of Tiger Tiger nightclubs, known for its Ibiza-inspired club rooms and karaoke pods, has been put on the block by its private equity owner.
HayFin Capital Management is said to have hired advisers at Sapient Corporate Finance to find a buyer for Novus Leisure, which has 41 bars and nightclubs — including the flagship Tiger Tiger in London’s West End.
The sale follows a turbulent few years for Novus, which counted David Cameron as a non-executive director when it was briefly listed on the London Stock Exchange under the name Urbium.
