Tilstone Partners, Warehouse REIT’s external investment adviser, has appointed a new asset manager and head of corporate finance.
Henrietta Daniels has been hired as asset manager, heading Warehouse REIT’s 2.75m sq ft North West and Yorkshire portfolio.
Nick Clayton has been appointed to the newly created role of head of corporate finance.
Reporting directly to investment director Paul Makin, Clayton will be responsible for the management and provision of strategic input across the company’s investment portfolio and corporate finance initiatives.
He was previously investment director at sustainable real asset manager Astarte Capital, where he was responsible for identifying and sourcing investment opportunities and managing joint venture partnerships. Prior to that, he held roles at BlackRock and MGPA.
Daniels will be based in the Chester office, and joins Tilstone Partners from JLL Manchester.
