Time Retail hires Peter Wrigley as professional services consultant
Boutique agency Time Retail Partners has appointed former CBRE senior director Peter Wrigley as a consultant, to lead a new lease advisory function.
Wrigley (pictured) previously worked at CBRE’s lease consultancy business before starting his own agency, 360Retail.
He will work with Time’s landlord and agency teams in his new role.

Wrigley will also continue to advise on leasing at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One, having been appointed to the role by the landlord last month.
Rob Wingrave, chief executive of Time, said the agency has “long wanted to add” a lease advisory service to its existing capabilities.
Wrigley said: “I know the Time team well, having worked with them on a number of centres over the years, and have always admired the way they have built their business.
“While there is no question that we are in the most challenging market any of us have witnessed, in our opinion this only reinforces the need for a full-service leasing and advisory offering.”
Time Retail Partners, which was founded in 2015, works with owners, occupiers and investors. Its clients include Bluewater, Cribbs Causeway, Manchester Arndale, Metrocentre, Oracle Reading, Trinity and White Rose in Leeds, H&M, JD Sports and Holland & Barrett.
