Time Retail Partners has recruited retail investment agent Pierre Kunkler from Cushman & Wakefield.
Kunkler spent four years with Cushman & Wakefield advising institutional, private equity and high net worth clients on high street, shopping centre and leisure transactions throughout the UK.
During his time with Cushman & Wakefield he has been involved in transactions valued at more than £600m in total. Prior to that he started his career at niche investment agency Lewis Ellis.
At Time Retail Partners he will be working with the head of retail investment and co-founder Bruce Nutman.
Nutman said: “Pierre’s experience, enthusiasm and range of clients will complement our existing retail capital markets business and client base.”
He will join the firm in late July.
