Harbert Management Corporation and XLB have secured the first letting in the Pinehurst development at Farnborough Business Park.
Publisher Time Inc UK has agreed to take 30,000 sq ft at Pinehurst II on a 10-year lease.
Quoted rents at the development are £27.50 per sq ft.
