Time & Tide reveals details of £67m Lancaster scheme

North West developer Time & Tide has revealed details of a £67m mixed-use scheme near Lancaster.

Halton Mills

The Halton Mills scheme, situated on the banks of the River Lune, will contain 224 residential units and 134,000 sq ft of commercial space

Time & Tide acquired the development site in 2003 and obtained outline permission for an employment-led mixed-use development.

The first phase of the development contains 74 residential units.

Permission for a second phase of 36 one and two bedroom flats is expected in February and development of the entire project is scheduled to take place over the next four years.

Time and Tide, based in Lancaster, is involved in a range of developments in Lancashire and south Lakeland, as well the £63m Gravity development at in Manchester’s Piccadilly.

The company is also working on a £70m redevelopment of a former silk mill, as part of the regeneration of Briancon on the French-Italian border.
