Tinopolis secures Hammersmith home

agreement-signature-generic-THUMB.jpegMedia company Tinopolis has committed to 30,000 sq ft at 1 Smiths Square, W6, in AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets’s Assembly London scheme.

The 1 Smiths Square site is the first part of the three-acre Assembly London in Hammersmith, which was acquired in October.

The ground floor is being converted into five retail and restaurant units. Construction is due to complete in mid-2016.

Harry Badham, UK head of development, Real Assets, said: “Assembly London has been designed as a well-connected, interesting, modern and collegiate environment with a range of office space to support a vibrant mix of occupiers.

“We anticipated it would appeal to workforces from the TMT and creative sectors and this letting to Tinopolis confirms that belief. We are very pleased to have successfully attracted such a high-quality occupier to our London development pipeline, supporting the creation of value for our investors.”
