Tishman Speyer is putting CAA House, WC1, up for sale after failing to repay a £93m securitised loan before it matured. The US investor has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle and Drivers Jonas Deloitte to sell the 64,000 sq ft office tower and the 141,000 sq ft Kemble House, WC2, both let to the Civil Aviation Authority. A sale price has not yet been determined. It bought the 0.9-acre site in 2007 for £153m, reflecting a yield of around 4.5%. The loan, which was part of the Windermere XI securitisation, has gone into special servicing.
