Titan assembles Manchester plan

Assembly Building Manchester 570p

Titan Investors has submitted plans for a 175,000 sq ft project on one of Manchester’s most prominent development sites. The scheme could be the largest speculative development in the city centre.

If approved, the grade-A office, on the site of London Scottish House, could start in 2015 and would overshadow the Done brothers’ 162,000 sq ft 2 St Peter’s Square.

Dubbed the Assembly Building, the block would replace a 50,000 sq ft office sold by Nama earlier this year. It has been designed by Eric Parry Architects to cover 17 storeys with 11,000 sq ft floorplates.

Zaman Roberts is advising.
