The Hamilton Dock Hotel development site at Belfast’s Titanic Quarter is being sold.
The 1.04-acre site is adjacent to the Titanic Belfast visitor attraction and within the Titanic Quarter phase two outline planning permission.
Permission was granted in 2010 for a five-year period to build a 244-bedroom hotel.
Offers are being invited subject to planning permission being granted.
