Alex Titheridge, who has previously worked JP Elliott and Jones Lang LaSalle, is joining Colliers International’s South East investment team.
Titheridge will be part of the agent’s national investment team, concentrating on the South East office market.
It is understood he will be based in London and report to Michael Kershaw, Colliers’ head of business space investment.
Titheridge joins from JP Elliott, where he spent two years as investment director. Prior to that, he worked at JLL for eight years.
Other recent appointments at Colliers include former JLL employee Graeme Foreman becoming head of project management, while Craig Satchwell is moving internally to head the West End office agency team.
