Titlestone Property Finance has agreed to fund a £27m housing-led scheme for Thornsett Group and Westminster city council on Regency Street, SW1.
The Proun Architects-designed scheme will include a new council street-cleaning depot to replace the existing facility at the site as well as 32 flats, including 10 affordable homes, to be owned by Westminster Community Homes.
Titlestone chief executive Robert Orr said: “Thornsett has a proven track record for delivering high-quality residential schemes across central London. We are delighted to have provided them with a flexible lending solution to bring this exciting project forward.”
Thornsett’s Gerard Cunningham added: “This deal fits well with Thornsett’s strategy of partnering with landowners.”
