St Modwen has appointed Gregg Titley as development manager, to develop and grow its portfolio of mixed-use schemes across the Midlands.
Titley will work on a number of projects including the new £12m St Matthew’s Quarter development under way in Walsall, regeneration sites in Clay Cross and Eastwood and a 700,000sqft logistics scheme to the west of junction 10 of M42 in Tamworth.
The new recruit was formerly project director at Shepherd Developments. Prior to this he was an associate director in the industrial agency team at the Midlands office of DTZ.
St Modwen’s £1.5bn Midlands portfolio also includes the £1bn regeneration of Longbridge in Birmingham and the on-going regeneration of more than 470 acres of homes, leisure and employment at its Meon Vale site, in Stratford-upon-Avon.
