TMW Pramerica Property Investment Company has let 10,000 sq ft at Sir Edwin Lutyens-designed Eighty Five Fleet Street, EC4, to Prescott & Partners on a 35-year lease.
Prescott & Partners will use the restaurant, arranged over the ground and basement floors, for its fine dining restaurant concept Lutyens Grill.
It is Prescott & Partners’ second venture following the opening of The Boundary, a joint venture with Sir Terrance Conran.
