The Office Group has opened new flexible workspace at Borough Yards, SE1.
The 51,000 sq ft development, located near London Bridge station, spans two buildings, a former warehouse beside the railway line, and a newly developed building, designed as a natural extension of the older structure.
The workspace at Borough Yards, which is now fully let, has break-out rooms and kitchen space, with outdoor terraces on the second and fifth floor, a fully equipped Peloton studio and ample bike storage.
Charlie Green, co-founder and co-chief executive at TOG, said: “We’re seeing strong interest from companies that want to be part of the richness of the area. We’ve worked hard with David Thurlstrop Studio to be sympathetic to the character of the area and to meet the needs of how people want to work after the pandemic.”
