Fashion designer Tom Ford is opening his first London HQ in Victoria.
The Texan style guru’s eponymous label has taken 9,000 sq ft on the second floor of 7 Howick Place, SW1.
Tom Ford will pay Italian landlord Estate4 a rent of around £45 per sq ft.
The deal leaves 7,000 sq ft vacant in the building.
Rival retailer Gucci, where Ford was once creative director, had also been eyeing the space.
