David Tonks is to return to Cushman & Wakefield as head of the firm’s repurposing team.
The industry veteran previously spent 30 years at the agency, before joining the Government Property Agency.
He will now have a national remit advising institutional investors, REITs, property companies, occupiers and overseas investors on major projects, helping them to transform underperforming assets.
