Ai Solutions has released the latest version of CDM ToolKit 2000 – a document management system for construction, design and management (CDM).
It allows CDM managers to provide and manage all the documentation associated with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994.
The software assists the production and management of statutory documentation, including the Notification (form 10) and Health and Safety Plan (risk assessment), the Construction Phase Plan, Health and Safety File and all the associated documentation.
David Marlow, managing director of Ai Solutions, said: “This release is the result of five years’ continuous development.”
The system includes a maintenance management module that allows the management of the HSE-led process from project inception through construction, practical completion, and maintenance management to final demolition.
The company claim that its “one-stop shop approach will guide users through the whole process of risk assessment, notification and preparation of the pre-tender plan, construction phase plan, health and safety file and now combined health and safety file and maintenance manual.”
Prices for the corporate version range from £2,195 plus £439 pa for a single user to £7,695 and £1,539 pa for a five-user network licence.
