The top spot of the Nottingham office disposal league table has been held by FHP as it increased its lead on second place Innes England.
Acting on the largest deal of the year – 30,000 sq ft to Siemens at Central Park – helped FHP to increase its margin of victory, although Innes England’s average deal size was greater.
Geo Hallam & Sons makes up the rest of the top three, with a strong showing that saw it break the 50,000 sq ft mark.
Deal volumes were up slightly, helped by a 5% increase in the number of deals under 5,000 sq ft.
However, a 14% fall in the number of deals of more than 10,000 sq ft was ultimately what led to the overall amount of space transacted not quite reaching the total of 2015/16.
