Bingo club chain Top Ten is to raise £3.3m through a placing to help pay for its fourth substantial acquisition since reversing on to AIM in 2002.
It is to pay £11.1m cash for Apollo Bingo, which has three freehold clubs in Rhyl, Blackpool and Caernarfon, as well as plans for a new club in Worksop.
