US-based Topgolf Entertainment Group is looking to open 15 golf centres in the UK.
It has instructed Savills to find two sites a year to bolster its three existing centres in Addlestone, Surrey; Watford, Hertfordshire; and Chigwell, Essex.
The leisure group is looking for sites of 8-12 acres that can accommodate a 60,000 sq ft building, a 250m range and a car park, within a 20-minute drive of major UK cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Oxford. It is seeking freehold or leasehold opportunities with a minimum term of 25 years.
