Topland Group has recruited Marcus Franklin as an investment manager within its acquisitions team as it aims to take advantage of opportunities arising in the uncertain marketplace.
Previously an investment manager at CLS Holdings, Franklin specialises in land acquisition, development appraisals and asset management. Prior to this, he was in the central London investment team at Deloitte.
Topland has a strong appetite to expand its asset base, as evidenced by its recent acquisition of the Rutland Buildings in Edinburgh. It is currently under offer on other opportunities, with significant capital to invest across all asset classes.
