Topland is preparing to start work on the redevelopment of BlackRock’s City HQ after securing consent this week.
The group, advised by jv GreycoatCore, plans a 220,000 sq ft redevelopment of 33 King William Street, EC4, following BlackRock’s departure next year. The scheme, designed by John Robertson Architects, features 23,000 sq ft floorplates and has been designed to appeal to a range of occupiers. Completion is scheduled for 2017.
